Low temperature concentrator
The low-temperature concentrator mainly consists of six components: concentration tank, condenser, vapor liquid separator, second condenser, cooler, and receiving barrel. The specification series are 500L and 1000L, and the concentration tank adopts a jacket structure. The condenser is a row tube type, the separator is a baffle separation type, and the cooler is a serpentine tube type. Vacuum distillation, in order to reduce the liquid level pressure and correspondingly lower the boiling point of the liquid material, as the liquid material distillation proceeds quickly at the boiling point, the vacuum degree is adjusted by the user according to the thermal sensitivity of the liquid material. The spherical vacuum concentration tank adopts vacuum concentration under reduced pressure, which shortens the concentration time and does not damage the effective components of heat sensitive materials.
Due to adjustable evaporation temperature, it can be used for precious solvent recovery; At present, such equipment has been widely used in wine industry and natural essence industry; Especially for manufacturers of sky blue pigments, low-temperature concentrators can fully maintain the original color of the product. In some industries, membrane concentration can be replaced because the cost of using membranes is relatively high, and the damage to the tissue composition of the product cannot be evaluated, increasing the concentration of the product to a concentration that cannot be achieved by membrane concentration. This equipment can achieve high concentration when combined with membrane concentration.
