The ingredient tanks produced by our company can be equipped with heating automatic temperature control, insulation, and mixing functions according to actual production needs, and are widely used in industries such as food (dairy) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, beverages, oils, chemicals, pigments, etc. as intermediate buffering, liquid storage, mixing, and blending equipment. The equipment is customized on demand, and the price should be based on the written quotation.
1. Capacity options: such as 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 600L, 1000L~5000L, etc.
2. Optional heating: insert the electric heating rod into the jacket, heating evenly without cold zone. Injecting thermal oil or water into the jacket as the heating medium generates heat energy to heat the materials in the tank.
3. When selecting the heating function, the material heating temperature is ≤ 150 ℃; Material heating time: 20min~90min (depending on process requirements).
4. When selecting the heating function, temperature control: use a thermocouple to measure the temperature and connect it with a temperature controller to measure and control the temperature (temperature difference ± ≤ 1 ° C), and adjust the temperature of the material. The temperature controller is installed in the electric control box, and the temperature transmission rod is directly inserted into the bottom of the tank, so that the temperature can also be indicated at the location where the material is used.
5. Tank body: internal surface Bull polishing, roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ M.
6. Upper cover: EHA standard elliptical head can be equipped with a normal pressure manhole cover, and also two removable covers for easy cleaning. The internal and external surfaces are Bull polishing (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m) .
7. Inner tank bottom structure: EHA standard elliptical bottom head, with a sanitary discharge port at the center of the bottom. It can also be made into a conical bottom or inclined bottom side according to customer needs.
8. Optional jacket: If heat exchange is required, a full jacket can be selected for adding heat transfer oil or water to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling during operation.
9. Optional insulation materials: If insulation is required, it can be filled with pearl cotton, rock wool, or polyurethane foam to maintain temperature difference with the outside world and achieve insulation effect.
10. Surface treatment method of shell body: Bull polishing or 2B primary color matt or frosted surface matt or overall mirror treatment.
11. Mixing device: The top center is mixed, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected to the mixing paddle shaft using a looper or flange, making it convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
12. Optional mixing speed: 15-120r/min (constant speed); Mixing paddle form: frame type, anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc. (according to process requirements). Variable frequency speed regulation can also be achieved by using variable frequency speed regulation motors and frequency converters according to actual needs.
13. Equipment configuration: electrical control box, temperature gauge, material inlet and outlet, medium inlet and outlet (oil inlet and outlet), vent port (oil overflow hole), etc.
14. Material: Inner tank SUS304 or SUS316L; The jacket is SUS304; The outer protective shell is SUS304.
15. The process opening of each inlet and outlet pipe and the welding point of the inner tank body are all transitioned by the flanging process arc, which is smooth and easy to clean without dead corners, and has a beautiful appearance.
