Working principle of dual effect energy-saving concentrator
The utility model relates to a new device for the production of traditional Chinese medicine, food, health products, and chemical industry. It is composed of a first effect tube heater, an evaporation chamber, a second effect tube heater, a concentration pot, a condenser cooler, a vacuum solvent recovery tank, and (plate heat exchanger, vacuum buffer tank).

In dual effect production, the secondary steam supply from the first effect (with a vacuum degree of 0.04Mpa and a liquid temperature of over 80 degrees Celsius) is used to supply the second effect concentration heating (with a vacuum degree of 0.08Mpa and a liquid temperature of over 60 degrees Celsius). According to the requirements, when producing high specific gravity extracts, the first effect production extract can be concentrated at a specific gravity of around 1.2 and can be stored in a combination of two effects for further concentration until it reaches around 1.4 degrees Celsius. It is fully used in the production process to achieve energy-saving effects. Utilizing the advantages of short production time, fast speed, and easy operation in single effect single unit production, fully utilizing the advantages of single effect can alleviate the urgent needs of production by effectively utilizing energy (concentration vacuum at -0.08Mpa and boiling point at 60 degrees Celsius when the extraction temperature is around 90 degrees Celsius). The large area of the condenser can be used for single effect or combined concentration production on a single unit. Simultaneous production on both units is single effect production. If the solvent is recovered, it can be operated through a plate buffer tank in the vacuum protection system.
